Liz Franklin is an award-winning food writer, food stylist and chef, who has run a cookery and wine school. She has written for some of the UK's leading glossy food and travel magazines, such as Waitrose Food Illustrated, Food & Travel and Olive, as well as several national newspapers including the Daily Mail and Sunday Telegraph. She is the author of 12 cookery books including Caffe Italia, The Organic Seasonal Cook Book and Cooking Italian with Kids.
