Lisa Goddard Author

Lisa Goddard spent her childhood in the New York tri-state area, raised by her Korean mother and Army veteran father. After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, she settled in Los Angeles where her love of animals led her to adopt a 10-week-old puppy who is now a 15-year-old senior dog. Food has been a lifelong passion of hers, so in addition to cooking for friends and family, as well as a stint as a personal chef, Lisa has also cooked for her own dog on-and-off throughout his life to ease his inflamed bowel disease. She regularly writes about food for her website TheGoddardKitchen.com, Yelp, and Hype Experiences. Lisa and her dog can usually be found either in the kitchen or exploring the food culture and dining scenes of southern California and beyond.
