Linda Duncan is a home cook and mother of three (now a grandmother!) from picturesque Taupo at the heart of New Zealand's North Island. Between running an accounting business and raising a family, Linda didn't have the energy to make complicated recipes or time to track down unusual ingredients, so she created a book of go-to recipes, low cost, full of flavour and easy to make.
