Dr. Atul N. Yerpude earned his Ph.D. degree in 2014 on “Development and characterization of inorganic long lasting phosphors from Nagpur University, Nagpur, India. Currently he works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, N. H. College, Bramhapuri, India. He has published more than twenty international peer-reviewed journal papers on the topic. His research focuses on the synthesis and development of long-lasting phosphors for emerging lighting and displays. Also he works on the development of phosphor materials and their applications for solid-state lighting. Dr. Vijay B. Pawade is an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Physics at the Laximarayan Institute of Technology, R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur, India. His research focuses on rare earth-doped oxide materials and their applications in LEDs, solar cell devices and photocatalysis processes. He has published 36 research papers in refereed international peer reviewed journals and acts as a reviewer for journals published by Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, RSC, and ACS. He has contributed 12 book chapters on different themes like nonmaterial synthesis, characterization and their applications in energy conversion and storage devices, QDs, Spectroscopy of Lanthanide etc. Prof. Sanjay J. Dhoble is presently working as a professor in the Department of Physics at R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur, India. During his research career, he has worked on the synthesis and characterization of solid-state lighting materials, as well as the development of radiation dosimetry phosphors using thermoluminescence techniques and utilization of fly ash. Dr. Dhoble has more than 780 research publications in international and national peer-reviewed journals, more than 582 research papers are published in Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Dhoble is an Editor of the journal Luminescence. Dr. Lehlohonolo Fortune Koao is a C2 NRF rated researcher who is currently working at University of the Free. He is currently involved in the research projects of synthesis and characterization of structural nanomaterials especially for applications in light-emitting materials and energy storage materials. His research interest is also in polymer science. He is collaborating with the Nelson Mandela University (NMU), University of the Free State (Main campus), CSIR in Pretoria, University of Zululand, University of Agriculture Makurdi (Nigeria) and R.T.M. Nagpur University (India). He has published his work in many accredited international journals. He has published more than 60 research papers as either first or co-author in peer-reviewed journals and two book chapters. He also serves as a reviewer or referee for more than 10 international journals.
