The editor, Kjersti Fløttum is Professor of French linguistics and Vice-Rector for international relations at the University of Bergen, Norway. Her main research fields are textlinguistics, genre theory, linguistic polyphony, academic discourse and political discourse. She is co-author of ScaPoLine.
