Amy Wenzel, PhD, ABPP, is owner and president of Wenzel Consulting, LLC; clinical assistant professor of psychology in psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, USA; and an adjunct faculty member at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She is also a certified as a trainer-consultant with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.
Keith S. Dobson, PhD, is a professor of clinical psychology at the University of Calgary, Canada, where he has also served as head of psychology and director of the clinical psychology program. His research has focused on both cognitive models and mechanisms in depression as well as the treatment and prevention of relapse of depression, particularly using cognitive behavioural therapies.
Pamela A. Hays, PhD, received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Hawaii, USA and completed a National Institute of Mental Health postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, USA.
