Keith Brooks is the CIO of Vanessa Brooks, Inc., an IBM Business Partner in South Florida and has worked previously for IBM and Lotus. Keith has been working with clients around the world on their IBM Lotus Quickr and Quickplace infrastructures since it was in beta and continues to work with his customers on advanced solutions for Quickr today. Keith has spoken at Lotusphere, The View Admin Conference and various regional Lotus User Group events. Keith is a member of the Technical Board of The View magazine and has published a number of articles related to Quickr as well as other Lotus subjects. Lastly, Keith holds certification as an IBM Lotus Quickr and Sametime Administrator. He has been an IBM/Lotus employee for over 9 years in a number of consulting positions covering various technology areas. David has a deep background in virtually all areas of Lotus products and technologies covering areas ranging from low-level API development and collaborative application architectures, to security architectures and messaging architectures. His current focus is on Lotus Quickr as well as other team collaboration technologies and its deployment within enterprise customers. He has worked with Lotus Notes and Domino for over 15 years. Mark is a IBM Certified Consulting IT/Specialist with twenty years of experience in messaging and collaboration system implementation and administration. He possesses a strong knowledge of messaging systems with a focus on Lotus Notes/Domino. He has an extensive background with collaboration including Lotus Quickplace and Domino.Doc, and Lotus Quickr. Mark also poses a strong skill set in messaging system migration products and planning. Mark spent 10 years in the IBM Software Services for Lotus before making the move to Sales and Distribution in January of 2007.
