Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Behavioral Science at Amity International Business School, Amity University, Noida, India. She has done several international assignments and also worked with the Ministry of Manpower, Oman. Before her academic career she has worked in industry in various positions of responsibility. In her academic career of 14 years, she has been actively involved in rigorous academic pursuits in the field of higher professional education to enhance skill sets that promote holistic development of learners. She has to her credit a number of books, book chapters, case studies, and research papers published in reputed national and international journals. Dr. Krishnan has participated at many professional conferences as well. She has been empaneled as a member of the review committees for conferences and journals of repute and serves as Editor of the Annual International Refereed Journal. Her area of interest includes human resource management, organization behavior, talent management, diversity management, employee satisfaction, and knowledge management.

Kavita Thapliyal, PhD, is Professor of Business Communication and Soft Skills and the Transformational Speaker and Chief Corporate Trainer at Amity International Business School (AIBS) at Amity University, Noida, India. She has been instrumental in initiating an Academia Industry Communication Incubation Lab (AUNCL) at AIBS. She has been a regular guest speaker on management, literature, and women’s empowerment in industry and institutional communications of leading management organizations. In 2012 she was presented a Young Women Achievers Award for teaching, training, and social grooming by The Hindustan Times—Star Plus for her contribution to society, corporate social responsibility, and grooming and professional development. In 2018 she was awarded a Daughter of Uttarakhand Award for excellence in the field of women’s empowerment. She is avid writer and has to her credit eight books, which are highly acclaimed and have been successfully incorporated in the course curriculum of five prestigious universities across India. Her articles on management and business communication are regularly published in leading media communications. She has presented various papers at leading national and international conferences and forums. Apart from teaching and training, she is instrumental in diversified communications of women’s empowerment, skill development, soft skills, corporate social responsibility, career counseling, cross-cultural management, mentoring, motivation, and image building integrations and has been professionally associated with leading corporate, government, and public sectors. She also has been a Soft Skills and Behavioral Development Trainer for the Central Reserve Police Force, Indian Army, Border Security Force, and police personnel.

Gurinder Singh, PhD, is the Director of the Executive Programs Management Domain at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida Campus, India. He has extensive experience of more than 27 years in institutional building, teaching, consultancy, research, and industry. He holds the distinction of being the youngest Founder Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University for two terms as well as the Founder Director General of the International Business School and the Founder CEO of the Association of International Business School, London, UK. He has conducted many international conferences, including the International Business Horizons Conference, a landmark conference, for the last 20 years. He has also conducted IEEE conferences in India and London. He has established international campuses in many countries and has also made numerous contributions to the academic field, including writing Scopus-indexed books and research papers. A renowned scholar and academician in international business, Dr. Singh earned his PhD at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He is the recipient of more than 25 international and national awards and has been invited on many TV talk shows.
