Katherine Moore is a renowned UK gravel cycling expert who has written extensively for cycling media including BikeRadar, Cyclist magazine, Bikepacking.com, Cycling Weekly, Cycling Plus, Cycling UK, and The Radavist, and was formerly a presenter at Global Cycling Network. South West born and bred, her extensive knowledge of the best gravel-friendly hotspots in the region is showcased in the routes she has created for Komoot and Cycling UK. Katherine was recognised as one of Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling in 2020 and created the East Devon Trail bikepacking route. She was Lonely Planet’s lead writer for Best Bike Rides Great Britain which was published in 2023. Gravel Rides South West England is Katherine’s first solo-authored book.
