Katharina Maier is Assistant Professor at the University of Winnipeg, and holds a Law Degree from the University of Münster, and a Master’s degree and PhD from the Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies at the University of Toronto.
Rosemary Ricciardelli is Professor, Research Chair (Safety, Security, and Wellness), at the Fisheries and Marine Institute at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Elected to the Royal Society of Canada, she studies prisons, parole, gender, and wellness of those under correctional supervision as well as those responsible for administering sentences.
Fergus McNeill is Professor of Criminology and Social Work at the University of Glasgow, working in the Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research and in Sociology. Prior to becoming an academic, Fergus worked in residential drug rehabilitation and as a criminal justice social worker.
