Julie Green Author

Julie Green (1961–2021) was professor of art at Oregon State University. Her work has been featured in thirty-two exhibitions in the US and abroad, and in publications such as the New York Times, Rolling Stone, Ceramics Monthly, and Gastronomica.

Kirk Johnson is a freelance writer for the New York Times, where he recently retired after 38 years on the staff. In 2000, he was part of a team that won a Pulitzer Prize for the multi-part series How Race is Lived in America.
