Joshua Neoh is a tenured faculty member at the law school of the Australian National University, Canberra (ANU). He completed his LL.B. at the ANU, LL.M. at Yale University, Connecticut, and Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge, and held visiting research positions at Harvard University and the University of Oxford.
