Jo Richardson is a HR professional and Fellow of the CIPD with experience across a range of sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance. Having coached executive business leaders in customer centric organizations for over 20 years, she is passionate about change management and helping others grow.

Jo has mentored numerous women in business both formally and informally. Through her network, she has coached and supported female entrepreneurs and small business owners helping them to break through barriers and overcome personal and professional challenges.
