She’s the co-author of Why Vote and Why Join a Trade Union, was press secretary to the late Lib Dem leader Paddy Ashdown and is a judge for the national schools Debating Matters competition. David Seymour began working as a journalist on The John O’Groat Journal but most of his career was spent on the Daily Mirror and other Fleet Street newspapers. He was political editor of the Mirror Group.
