The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) is the world’s leading organisation in the field of sport conditioning. Jerry Palmieri was the strength and conditioning coach for the New York Giants for 12 years under Tom Coughlin, winning two Super Bowl Championships. After earning his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, he worked as strength and conditioning coach at Oklahoma State, Kansas State and Boston College. Palmieri started his NFL career in 1995, coaching with the Jacksonville Jaguars for 8 seasons. As well as this, he has also written numerous articles on strength and conditioning and regularly speaks at industry conferences. Darren Krein is the head strength and conditioning coach of the Indianapolis Colts and holts 18 years of NFL coaching experience. Krein previously spent five seasons at the Miami Dolphins. In 2013 he was named NFL Strength Coach of the Year. Prior to coaching, Krein played for various teams including San Diego Chargers, Green Bay Packers and Barcelona Dragons.
