Jennifer Osuch is the author of the Preparedness Planner series. She is the lead instructor at Seed To Pantry School where she has been teaching people to grow, cook, and preserve for over 8 years. At Seed To Pantry School, it is believed that self-reliance is the only path to true freedom, and it begins in the kitchen. Jennifer currently resides in McKinney, Texas.
