This highly accessible title has been prepared by Markus W Gehring, Jarrod Hepburn and Marie-Claire Cordonier Segger at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL). Markus Gehring is lead counsel for trade, investment and competition law at the CISDL, lecturer in European and international law at the Centre of International Studies, University of Cambridge, and a fellow in law of Robinson College. Jarrod Hepburn is legal research fellow in the Trade, Investment and Competition Law Programme at the CISDL, and is associated with Mallesons Stephen Jacques, Australia.
