Jaroslav Ira is a lecturer in the Institute of World History at Charles University, Prague, as well as at the CEVRO Institute. Jiri Janac is a lecturer in the Institute of World History at Charles University, Prague, as well as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Contemporary History of the Czech Academy of Science. He is the author of European Coasts of Bohemia: Negotiating the Danube-Oder-Elbe Canal in a Troubled Twentieth Century.
