His research interests include IT-enabled organizational agility, organizational change in digital transformation, and enterprise architectures. Karl Werder is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems at the University of Cologne, Germany. His research focuses on complex organizational processes, digital options, and data-driven decision making.
