James Ayodele Oke received his Ph.D. in Physics at the University of South Africa in 2021, which was sponsored by the National Research Foundation (NRF) of South Africa. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering Science at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Oke’s research has received special recognitions from the American Institute of physics (AIP) (Scilight) and International Association of Advanced material.
Tien-Chien Jen joined the University of Johannesburg in August 2015 and was previously a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Jen received his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from UCLA, specializing in thermal aspects of grinding. He has received several competitive grants for his research, including those from the US National Science Foundation, the US Department of Energy, and the EPA. Jen has established a Joint Research Centre on Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing with Nanjing Tech University of China. Jen is the Director of the newly established Atomic Layer Deposition Research Centre of the University of Johannesburg. He is also the research chair (SARChI) of Green Hydrogen in South Africa.
