Jadbinder Seehra Author

Professor Padhraig Fleming, BA BDent Sc (Hons.), MSc, PhD, MFDS RCS (Eng), MFD RCS (Ire), FDS RCS (Edin.), MOrth RCS (Eng.), FDS (Orth) RCS, FHEA is Professor and Honorary Consultant at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London. 

He is both Doctoral and Undergraduate Orthodontic programme lead at Queen Mary University of London. His research interests include the evaluation and refinement of novel orthodontic approaches attracting funding from national and international societies. This has involved both national and international collaborations and led to research awards from the American Academy of Orthodontists (2011) and the British Orthodontic Society (2012, 2013). Prof. Fleming has authored more than 120 journal articles in leading dental, orthodontic and medical journals and is the co-author of two reference textbooks. He is an Associate Editor for a number of leading dental and orthodontic journals.

Jadbinder Seehra, BDS (Hons), MSc, MFDS RCS (Eng), MOrth RCS (Eng), FDS (Orth) RCS (Eng), is Senior Specialist Clinical Teacher/Honorary Consultant at Kings College London and Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. He also works as a specialist orthodontic practitioner in private practice. Dr. Seehra is a member of the Education and Audit Committees of the British Orthodontic Society. He has held many training and examination positions and is currently the Chair of the Panel of Examiners for both the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy, RCS (Eng) and Membership in Orthodontics, RCS (Eng). In 2012 he received the Chapman Prize in Orthodontics from the British Orthodontic Society. Dr. Seehra is the current Clinical Sub-Editor (CPD section) for the Journal of Orthodontics, Editor of the British Orthodontic Society Clinical Effectiveness Bulletin and Chairman of the Audit committee of the British Orthodontic Society.  He is an editorial review board member for both the Journal of Orthodontics and Angle Orthodontist. To date he has authored 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals
