Ivy Roberts is an interdisciplinary scholar specializing in film studies, STS and cultural history. She teaches film studies at Virginia Commonwealth University and is a professor of digital media at the University of Maryland University College. Her research investigates early media history from cultural contexts. She lives in Richmond, Virginia.
