Indira Palacios-Valladares Author

Indira Palacios-Valladares holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She teaches at Missouri State University. Her research on Chilean unionism and protests has been published in the journal Latin American Politics and Society and presented at international conferences sponsored by the American Political Science Association and the Latin American Studies Association. Prior to graduate school she worked as an assistant researcher at FLACSO-Chile where she co-authored a number of reports on gender-related policies in Latin America.
