Hongjing Wu Author & Editor

Hongjing Wu is Full Professor at the Department of Applied Physics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. His research focuses on heterogeneous environmental catalysis, electromagnetic wave shielding absorption (stealth) materials, and other areas. He received his PhD. in Materials Physics and Chemistry from Northwestern Polytechnical University. From late 2012 to late 2013, he conducted research at the Institute of Nanostructured Materials (CNR-ISMN) of the Italian Academy of Sciences.

Jun Luo is Full Professor in the Integrated Circuit Advanced Process R&D Center of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS), where he also holds the position of vice president. His research endeavors primarily concentrate on contact and interconnect technology, magneto-resistive random access memory (MRAM), fully depleted silicon-on-insulator (FDSOI), and other related fields. He obtained his Ph.D. in microelectronics and applied physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden in 2010. Since then, he has been working at IMECAS, continuously contributing to its advancements.

Meiyin Yang is Assistant Professor at the Key Laboratory of Microelectronic Devices & Integrated Technology, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS). Her research primarily centers on the field of magneto-resistive random access memory, encompassing its materials, devices, and applications. After receiving her PhD degree from Beijing University of Science and Technology, she worked at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2014 to 2018. Since 2018, she has been working at IMECAS.
