Born 1968. Studied Slavic and Romance languages in Munich, Moscow, and Paris. Graduated from SDI München. Since 1996 has worked as a freelance translator and author. Internship with Texpertise Inc. in Montreal. Author of various publications for Reise Know-How Verlag and for DOM publishers (architectural guides on St Petersburg, Kiev, Tblisi, and Baku).
