Hannah Ritchie Author

Dr Hannah Ritchie was born in 1993, in Falkirk, Scotland. She is a Senior Researcher in the Programme for Global Development at the Oxford Martin School at the University of Oxford, and is Head of Research at the online publication Our World in Data, which brings together the latest data and research on the world's largest problems and makes it accessible to a general audience. Her work appears regularly in global media including the BBC, WIRED, the New York Times, New Scientist, the Economist, Financial Times, and Vox (among many others) and has featured in many bestselling books including Steven Pinker's Enlightenment Now and Bill Gates' How to Prevent a Climate Disaster.
