Guy Richardson Author

After university Guy Richardson pursued a career in town planning and retired as Head of Planning, Cumbria County Council in 1999. He became part-time Chief Officer of the association of Parish Councils in Cumbria and in that capacity was a member of the Lake District National Park Partnership for a number of years. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
An active mountaineer and sailor in the Lake District, UK and abroad over several decades, Guy has been a resident of the Lake District for over 30 years and now lives in Grange over Sands.
