Gustaaf Houtman Editor

Peter Flügel received his PhD in Social Anthropology at the University of Mainz in Germany. He currently chairs the Centre of Jaina Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, and is editor of the series Routledge Advances in Jaina Studies and of the International Journal of Jain Studies. Gustaaf Houtman received his PhD in Social Anthropology at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He has held several visiting teaching and research appointments in the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany and in Sweden, and is editor of Anthropology Today at the Royal Anthropological Institute.
