Ankur Gupta is an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, India. He received his PhD in mechanical engineering from IIT Kanpur and served as an assistant professor at IIT Bhubaneswar for three years before joining IIT Jodhpur. He has over 50 research contributions to his credit, including a patent, various international journal papers, book chapters, a co-edited book, and over 30 invited talks/presentations across the globe. Dr Gupta was selected by the Department of Science and Technology, India, to participate in the Second BRICS Young Scientist Conclave held at Zhejiang University, China, in 2017. He is also a recipient of the ISEES Young Scientist Award (2017) and IEI Young Engineer Award (2020) from the Institution of Engineers (India) in the production division.
Gulshan Verma is currently a PhD scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur. His area of interest includes MEMS systems, nanocomposites-based sensors, and flexible sensors. His current research focuses on the field of flexible gas sensing devices.
