Gill Hasson is a bestselling personal development author, whose reassuring approach has helped thousands of people develop and understand the skills they need to lead a more peaceful, stress-free life. Gilly Lovegrove (www.gillylovegroveillustration.com) is an experienced illustrator whose work includes airbrush, line illustration, gouache, acrylic and oil paint, watercolour and collage. She creates illustrations and visuals digitally and by hand. She has experience in advertising, brochures, children's books, cartoon and character development, corporate literature, editorial, educational books and packaging. Her varied illustrative work, and adaptable style,  is largely due to spending a number of years as an in-house illustrator and visualiser for leading London design groups.
