Ghulam Md Ashraf Editor

Ghulam Md Ashraf is currently working as an Associate Professor at King Fahd Medical Research Center, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He has received his PhD in Biochemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2010. Dr. Ashraf has to his credit 273 publications ranging from peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and book chapters published with scholarly publishers (total citations: 4618, h-index: 33, i10-index: 128). He has been involved in 19 research projects funded by various agencies of Saudi Arabia, and is associated with renowned professional societies like Royal Society of Medicine (Fellow), Royal Society of Biology (Member) and American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Member). Dr. Ashraf’s current research work focuses on investigating the role of anti-diabetic drugs in pyschotic and dementia conditions. Dr. Ashraf is also involved in editorial capacity with many reputed journals like PLOS one, Scientific Reports, Current Neuropharmacology, Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark, Neural Regeneration Research, Current Proteins and Peptides, Journal of Proteomics, to mention a few.

Md. Sahab Uddin is a Registered Pharmacist and a Research Scholar in the Department of Pharmacy at Southeast University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Md. Uddin’s research interest is how neuronal operation can be restored to abate Alzheimer’s dementia. He has published copious articles in peer-reviewed international scientific journals. Md. Uddin has been enlisted in the Stanford University Lists of World's Top 2% Influencing Researchers based on the citation impact from Scopus of the single calendar year 2019. He has also authored and edited several books related to neuropharmacology and neurodegenerative disorders. Md. Uddin also serves as a guest editor, editorial, and reviewer board member of numerous scholarly journals. He is an active ad-hoc reviewer for more than 50 journals and reviewed more than 200 papers. Md. Uddin is a member of many national and international professional bodies. Moreover, he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Pharmakon Neuroscience Research Network, an open innovation hub bringing together neuroscientists to advance brain health. He received his BPharm in 2014, securing a first position from the Department of Pharmacy, Southeast University, Bangladesh.
