Andy Cope describes himself as a "professional trainer, qualified teacher, author and learning junkie". He founded 'Art of Brilliance' in 2004. His aim, to blaze a new trail – one that was non-academic, totally rooted in the real world and that would make a massive and immediate impact on individuals and organisations. Andy has a passion for motivation and positive psychology and is trying to influence people to think differently. He has delivered 'The Art of Being Brilliant' to rave reviews in businesses and schools throughout the UK, Middle East and Southern Africa. Andy has also written The Art of Being Brilliant, Be Brilliant Every Day, Shine, The Art of Being a Brilliant Teenager, Diary of a Brilliant Kid and The Little Book of Being Brilliant due to publish in March 19.

With a background in primary school teaching and a successful career in stand-up comedy Gavin is now regarded as one of the most talented and sought after speakers in the UK, regularly delivering keynote speeches at conferences and exhibitions around the world. He's the Managing Director of Tree of Knowledge, a company which runs speaking events, workshops and training courses for schools and businesses, and in 2012 Gavin won 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year'. Gav co-authored Shine and Diary of a Brilliant Kid with Andy.

Will Hussey is a primary school teacher and prolific creative thinker. Will specializes in creativity and growth mindset and has also co-authored Diary of a Brilliant Kid published in October 18.
