Fu-Bao Wu
Fu-Bao Wu is a professor-level senior engineer, and the current Director of the Comprehensive Management Centre at the China Electric Power Research Institute in Nanjing. He has carried out extensive R&D in fields including energy distribution, micro-grids, energy storage and renewable energy generation monitoring and control. He has won prizes for his work, including a Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress Award (first prize), a State Grid Science and Technology Progress Award (first prize), a State Grid Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize), a State Grid Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize), a Jinlin Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize), a Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award (first prize), a China Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize) and a China Electrotechnical Society Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize). He is a member of various committees, including the Electrical Energy Storage Standardization Technical Committee (SACTC550) and the Operation and Control Technology Standard Work Group for the State Grid. He has led the preparation of two national standards, four industry standards and six enterprise standards. He is the author of 48 patents and has published nearly 80 journal articles and two books. Bo Yang is a Senior Engineer and Director of the Energy Storage Application Technology Research Office in the Renewable Energy Department of the China Electric Power Research Institute. He conducts R&D in the fields of energy storage, converter control technology, energy storage applications, energy distribution and micro-grids. He has won a Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize), a Qinghai province Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize), a Jiangsu province Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize), a China Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award (third prize) and State Grid Science and Technology Progress Awards (two first prizes and two second prizes). He has published more than 20 papers and authored 11 patents
