Prof. Fawu Wang is an Associate Professor in Disaster Prevention Section, Department of Geoscience, National Shimane University, Japan. He and his colleagues have published three books with Springer. Working on Engineering Geology and disaster prevention for near thirty years, he is an expert on disaster mitigation especially for rapid and long runout landslides.
Prof. Masakatsu Miyajima is a full professor of Earthquake Engineering in Department of Civil Engineering, National Kanazawa University, Japan. He conducted numerous field investigations after large scale earthquakes all over the world, and carried our systematic research on lifeline safety engineering.
Prof. Tonglu Li is a full professor of Engineering Geology in Chang’an University, China. He studied landslide for more than 20 years and good at the field investigation, and now is the Deputy Dean of the School of Geodesy and Engineering Geology in the university.
Prof. Wei Shan is a full professor of Forest Engineering and Engineering Geology in Northeast Forestry University. He studied geo-hazards in cold area for more than 30 years, and is an expert on disaster prevention in highway construction.
Prof. Teuku Faisal Fathani is a Associate Professor at Gadjah Mada University, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, in Indonesia.
