Falckenberg Collection Editor

Born in Essen, CHARLOTTE MARCH (1929–2005) studied at the Alsterdamm School of Art in Hamburg. Making her first experiences as a fashion illustrator and graphic designer, she decided for a career as a photographer in 1956. March had a decisive influence on the aesthetics of innovative magazine twen and photographed for the most established international fashion magazines. Her estate, comprising nearly 7.000 works, has been part of the Falckenberg Collection since 2006.
