Fabio Morosini is an associate professor at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where he directs the Center for Law, Globalization and Development, and teaches and conducts research on international law, international trade, international investment, and methods in law. He is a research fellow at the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq, Ministry of Science and Technology, Brazil), leading a research project on South-South trade and investment relations. He is a member of the American Society of International Law and the Society of International Economic Law, director of the International Law Association (Brazil branch), and a member of the executive council of the Latin American International Economic Law Network (RED-DEI). Michelle Ratton Sanchez Badin is a full time associate professor of International Law and Director of the Global Law Study Center, at São Paulo Law School of Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil. She was one of the founders of the Society of International Economic Law (SIEL) and the current Director of the Latin American Network of International Economic Law (Rede LA-DEI).
