Kees Groenendijk is professor of Sociology of Law at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Harald Waldrauch was previously a researcher at the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research in Vienna. He now works for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
