Ernesto Leon-Castro is a research professor at the Universidad Catolica de la Santísima Concepción (Chile), doctor in Administrative Sciences from the Universidad de Occidente (Mexico), and he is part of the National System of Researchers (SNI) Level 1. His research areas include information aggregation operators, decision making, innovation, finance, fuzzy logic and other related topics. He has more than 30 publications in different journals indexed in the Web of Science/Scopus and has participated in various international conferences. He is part of the Ibero-American Network for Competitiveness, Innovation and Development (REDCID) and is a member of the research group Business Studies in Uncertain Environments. He has directed more than 10 theses as director/co-director and has taught at different universities in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
Dr. Manoj Sahni is a dedicated and experienced mathematics teacher and researcher with more than 18 years of experience and is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Head in the Department of Mathematics, School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He has an excellent academic background with an M.Sc. (mathematics with specialization in computer applications), from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Agra, an M. Phil. from I.I.T. Roorkee, and a Ph.D. degree in mathematics from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (Deemed University), Noida, India. He has published more than 70 research papers in peer-reviewed journals (SCI/ SCIE/ ESCI/ Scopus), conference proceedings (Scopus indexed), and book chapters (Scopus indexed) with reputed publishers like Springer, Elsevier, etc. He also serves as an Advisory board member, Technical committee member and reviewer for many international journals of repute and Conferences. He has organized international conferences on mathematical modeling, computational intelligence techniques, and renewable energy (MMCITRE). In addition, he is a member of many international professional societies, including the American Mathematical Society (AMS), Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), IEEE, Mathematical Association of America (MAA), Forum for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (FIM), Indian Mathematical Society (IMS), IAENG, and many more.
Fabio Raul Blanco Mesa is an international doctor in Business from the Department of Economics and Business Organization of the University of Barcelona. He has a Master's Degree in business, finance and insurance research and a Master's Degree in sports business management from the University of Barcelona and a Sports Administrator degree from the Francisco José de Caldas District University, and has experience in research activities in the international field, management of research and teaching groups. He has published several scientific articles in international journals, book chapters and conference proceedings, such as: Knowledge Based Systems, Journal Computational Optimization in Economics and Finance, Innovation in Service Firms: Perspective From Innovative Behavior, Soft Computing in Management and Business Economics , Technological and Economic Development of Economy, Advance in Intelligence Systems and Computing, Soft Computing in Management and Business Economics, Journal of Intelligent in Fuzzy Systems, Kybernetes. Victor Alfaro Garcia is an international doctor of business with specialization in models for the treatment of uncertainty in decision making. He has authored articles/chapters for refereed journals, books and edited book, an is a leading speaker at national and international conferences. He is deputy coordinator of the Ibero-American Network for Competitiveness Innovation and Development REDCID, a program attached to the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development CYTED. He has national and international professional experience: Financial Consultant (Management Solutions – Mexico and Peru), Project Coordinator (Prosegur, Spain), Technology and Development Consultant (TTR-Group, Germany).
José M. Merigó (highly cited researcher in computer science) is a full professor at the School of Systems, Management and Leadership at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Technology Sydney and is part-time full professor at the Department of Management Control and Information Systems at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Chile. Previously, he was a senior research fellow at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester (UK) and an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Barcelona (Spain). He holds a Master and a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. He also holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Lund University (Sweden). He has published more than 400 articles in journals, books and conference proceedings, and has also published several books with Springer and with World Scientific. He is on the editorial board of several journals, and has also been a guest editor for several international journals, and is member of the scientific committee of several conferences and reviewer in a wide range of international journals. Recently, Thomson & Reuters (Clarivate Analytics) distinguished him as a Highly Cited Researcher in Computer Science (2015–2017). He is currently interested in decision making, aggregation operators, computational intelligence, bibliometrics and applications in business and economics.
