Jessica E. Hoogendijk is a neurologist at the University Medical Center Utrecht. She co-organised the national continuing education program on neuromuscular disorders for general neurologists. His research interests are immune-mediated neuropathies, epidemiology of polyneuropathy, Pompe disease. He was president of the Peripheral Nerve Society (PNS), and chaired/co-chaired the EAN/PNS Guidelines on GBS and CIDP. Erik H. Niks is a paediatric and adult neurologist at the Leiden University Medical Center with a focus on multidisciplinary care in paediatric neuromuscular diseases. He received a teaching award from the Netherlands Society of Neurology.
