Joanna H. Kim is a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in its Los Angeles office. Jeff is a business litigator and regularly handles trade secret lawsuits. He previously was the Chair, and later Co-Chair, of the ABA Litigation Section's Trade Secrets and Unfair Practices Subcommittee. Greg’s practice focuses on claims of trade secret misappropriation and related claims like restrictive covenants, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, and business torts. Greg is a cochair of the Boston Bar Association’s IP Litigation Committee and a frequent writer and presenter on the unique issues arising in trade secret litigation. Greg is a cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School and was Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Connecticut. Emily J. Friedman is a solo practitioner at the Law Office of Emily J.
