Cari Meister has written more than 130 books for children, including the Tiny series (Penguin) and the Fast Forward Fairy Tales series (Scholastic).  Cari is a school librarian and she loves to visit other schools and libraries to talk about the joy of reading and writing.  Cari lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband, four boys, one horse, and one dog.  You can find out more about her at www.carimeister.com. Cristina Oxtra is the author of the early chapter book Tae Kwon Do Test and two biographies for children, Stephen Hawking: Get to Know the Man Behind the Theory and Stan Lee: Get to Know the Comics Creator. She earned an MFA in creative writing for children and young adults from Hamline University. Cristina currently lives in the Twin Cities (MN) area, where she and her son train and compete in Tae Kwon Do. Elliott Smith is a freelance writer, editor and author. He has covered a wide variety of subjects, including sports, entertainment and travel, for newspapers, magazines and web sites. He has written a nonfiction book about the Washington Nationals and a children's book about Bryce Harper. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and two children.
