Ekim Arbatli is an assistant professor of political science in the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. She received her MA and PhD degrees in Political Science from University of Connecticut. Her current research focuses on regime transitions and political instability, with a specific focus on Russia and Turkey. Dina Rosenberg is an assistant professor of political science in the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. She earned her MA and PhD degrees in Political Science from Binghamton University. Her current research focuses on political institutions and comparative political economy, with a specific focus on innovations. She published her most recent work in Review of Policy Research.
