Daniel A. Crane is the Frederick Paul Furth, Sr. Professor of Law at the University of Michigan and counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. His scholarship focuses primarily on antitrust and economic history. Samuel Gregg is Research Director at the Acton Institute.
