Datchi is Assistant Professor in the Professional Psychology and Family Therapy Department at Seton Hall University, and a board certified, licensed psychologist in independent private practice. Gender and the family are the focus of her research and practice with criminal justice populations. Julie R. Ancis is Associate Vice President for Institute Diversity at the Georgia Institute of Technology. A Fellow of the American Psychological Association, she has published extensively in the area of multicultural competence and mental health. She is Past Chair of the Society of Counseling Psychology’s Section for the Advancement of Women.
