Connie L Fulmer Author

Connie L. Fulmer is the coordinator of the Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies Division at the University of Colorado and Health Sciences Center where she coordinates the work of division faculty, principal partners, and six licensure cohorts. Her research is focused on the innovative preparation of educational leaders in partnership with school districts supported through enhanced online environments. Frederick L. Dembowski currently serves on the executive board of NCPEA and as the editor of The AASA Journal of Scholarship and Practice. He has served as a department chair at Suny Albany & Lynn University.
