Dr Clare Bucknell received her doctorate in eighteenth-century literature and intellectual history from Oxford University in 2014. She is an expert on the history of poetry and a regular contributor to the London Review of Books, covering everything from Jonathan Swift to Instagram poetry. Clare is currently based in London.
