Charlie Leahy Author

Charlie Leahy is an Emmy-nominated creative director, writer and producer. He is co-founder of the renowned Los Angeles based creative production studio DBP Donut, as well as his UK-based film and entertainment studio, Here Comes Charlie. He is behind a number of world-first entertainment and advertising projects including 2015’s Netflix x Rick Gervais Anti-Ad spot series, 2018’s Co-Ed scripted series for Snap Inc and more recently the celebrated series The Ride (Sundance 2020) and SHOOK for Disney. Originally from the Costwolds, he now lives in Pembrokeshire.

Darcy Prendergast is an internationally renowned director, animator and writer. He’s directed clips for musicians such as Gotye, Neil Young, J Cole, Slash, Aloe Blacc and Green Day, he’s the creator of the Nickelodeon series Supa Phresh, director of 2018 AACTA nominated Monster’s Playground, 2018 AACTA pitch winner and has screened at SXSW, Annecy International Animation Festival, Sydney Film Festival and the Guggenheim Museum. Founder and Director of the Melbourne based Production Company Oh Yeah Wow, he has also amassed a staggering 14 Vimeo Staff picks and has several feature and TV projects in development.
