Bradley C. Canon is Professor of Political Science at the University of Kentucky. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Johnson is Professor of Political Science and head of the Department of Political Science at Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky.
