Celia Townsend Wells Author

Celia Townsend Wells earned a B.A. cum laude from Meredith College, an M.A. from Florida State University, and a Ph.D. from Columbia University. She is an Associate Professor Emerita at Fairfield University, where she taught Chaucer, medieval literature, women writers, advanced composition, and a writing seminar for women. For 25 years she has been a modest breeder/exhibitor of Pembroke Welsh corgis, with two of which she lives in Southport, Connecticut.
