Bruce Bongar, PhD, ABPP, graduated from the University of Wisconsin, USA (with Distinction) with a degree in psychology in 1972, and received his doctorate from the University of Southern California in 1977. Dr. Bongar is the Calvin professor of psychology at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology at Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, California, USA and consulting professor in the Department of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Glenn Sullivan, PhD, graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology from the Dominican College of San Rafael, USA and earned his doctorate in clinical psychology at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. He completed his clinical internship at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and a postdoctoral residency in post-deployment mental health at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salem, VA, USA. Dr. Sullivan is an assistant professor of psychology at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). In 2009, he was the recipient of VMI's Thomas Jefferson Teaching Award, which is presented annually to a faculty member ""deemed especially talented at inspiring students in the development of their intellect and character.
